Questions
What's the difference between the plans?
The whole product is on every plan. Higher plans give your teammates more monthly usage, more powerful computers, and more teammates working in parallel. For teams, Ultra also adds enterprise security: SSO, SCIM, domain enforcement, and an audit log.
What happens if I go past my usage?
When your credits run out, work pauses until the next billing period. Buy more whenever you like, or turn on auto-reload to buy a pack automatically when you run low. Bought credits go into the same balance, roll over, and are paid up front, so there is never a surprise on your invoice.
Is there a limit on teammates or rooms?
No. Hire as many teammates and open as many rooms as you like on any plan. The plan limits how many can work at the same time, not how many you can have.
How does pricing work for a team?
Each member is a seat at the same monthly price, and the included credits from every seat pool into one shared amount for your organization.
Which plan has single sign-on?
SSO (OIDC), SCIM, domain enforcement, and the audit log are included on the Ultra team plan. Enterprise adds domain-enforced SSO at scale and a full security review.
How does the free trial work?
Every new individual account starts free for 7 days with the full feature set and no credit card. Choose a plan whenever you're ready to keep going.
